The setting is gorgeous and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is delightful with homemade breads, juice, yogurt, and excellent coffee. I’d love to return soon. No issues.

The old farm is beautifully renovated with a strong aesthetic sense, and its central spot in Vadstena is just a few minutes’ walk to Vadstena Castle. The room is nicely furnished, with lovely linens and towels (which can be purchased). The quiet setting means you can sleep with the window open. The hosts are very friendly and the breakfast is superb—locally produced and homemade. The only downside was that the bed was a bit narrow; otherwise there was nothing to complain about. It would be great to have simpler food and drinks available, especially on days when the restaurants inside Vadstena are closed.
