How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location around the fields is great, with quiet and peace. The pool is superb. The apartment feels like a Tuscan atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are very good for an extra fee. The bathroom is a bit dark, and the fold‑away bed is a bit uncomfortable as a bed.

The property is beautiful in a fantastic setting, surrounded by Tuscan hills, close to Volterra. The price is delightful, the breakfast varied and plentiful. The pool saved us during the heat wave! Nothing to add.

The place is well‑located with great breakfast and the surroundings are lovely. The apartment floor could have been cleaner and the A/C was turned off in May.

The staff, breakfast, and dinner were all excellent, the personnel very kind, and the location very strategic, close to Volterra and a few kilometers from Florence, immersed in the splendid Tuscan valleys. The Wi‑Fi connection was weak.

The quiet and the view are nice. Above us there were also tenants, and that was noticeable by the noise.
