Clean and comfortable. The receptionist was annoyingly rude, and the worst part was that on the day I checked out at 8 am, two hours later I received a message saying I had left a stained towel in a room and that I would be charged. They never gave a solid reason, only a photo of a towel and a supposed report from a maid that never arrived or was verified, just threats that they would report me on the app; I never got a good explanation and will never return.

Honestly, we had been staying there for months because of the location and the good quality of food, and the staff had been very attentive, but they changed personnel and everything became unpleasant. The rooms had a strong damp smell; we were moved from one because it was unbearable and the other was just as strong. At the pool it felt like a bar because they let some guests play loud music and drink, while it should be a business hotel that doesn't allow anyone to rest. The buffet was extremely limited, the staff couldn't keep up with all the guests, and the manager was untrained for customer service and problem resolution.
