“A lovely, comfortable stay, full of character”
The place had a unique vibe, plenty of character, felt homely, and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue was that the bathroom walls were a bit dirty.

An absolute gem—so clean and comfortable, meeting my high standards. The staff were the nicest ever, and I’d book again if I’m in the area. Seriously, there was not a single thing to find.

The room was clean, but there was no hot breakfast, reception was inconsistently staffed, and the building and room keypads were awkward.

The place feels charming and historic, but the hot water for the shower was unreliable and the small double bed was too tight for a couple; a queen‑size bed would be preferable.

Breakfast was ok help yourself to cereal but not sure where to eat my breakfast. I booked a small double but I am a big man and it was to small for me could have been offered a bigger room
