The place was super calm and peaceful, and honestly I liked everything about it.

The place is right by the beach, which made everything super convenient. I could walk to the shore in minutes.

Thanks for the warm welcome—everyone from the owners to the staff felt like family, and I felt right at home. The spot is on one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen, and the whale‑watching activities were great while respecting the animals. I can't recommend it enough; come with your eyes closed.

The lodge is in a great spot, close to the beach, and the hosts were friendly. I booked there specifically for diving, but when I got there they said I was the only diver and wouldn't take me out, offering a free whale‑watching trip instead. That was a let‑down, and the alternative dive center in Nuquí was way too pricey. It was a real disappointment after the earlier confirmation.

Even though the host wasn't around, we were blown away by guide Fabian—he's amazing and taught us a ton about Bahia Solano and Playa Huina. Big thanks to Mamá María for her hospitality and incredible cooking, and to Cindy for keeping an eye on us. The whole experience felt very natural and we loved everything.
