“Very disappointing. Unhygienic hotel. Very dirty especially the pool and bed had bed bugs overall not worth it”

Nothing to say positive; the staff were nice. The moment we walked in, the hotel felt dirty—everything was unclean. The pool was filthy, half green and the other half covered in a strange green, snotty liquid. Beds had bed bugs, walls were dirty, and paint was peeling. The hotel is definitely not worth it; we only stayed 20 minutes and left with our partner because we couldn’t handle the itching.

The location and staff were fine, but when I raised a complaint they handled it poorly and it needs a lot of work. The place was too noisy because the room next to mine was loud and the staff couldn't tell the neighbors to be quiet – maybe they need someone who can actually enforce quiet. The facilities could use some upgrades to raise the accommodation quality, though the spot is very strategic close to Seminyak center.

The staff were friendly and the spot is great, but the bathroom was left dirty, the toilet was filthy, there was food still in the bathroom's trash can, and the sheets had a scent like scented garbage bags.

The interiors were good, but there were ants in the bathroom and no kettle for tea or coffee.
