I’ve traveled a lot for both leisure and work, yet this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Our room sat directly above the restaurant, and the noise was relentless—loud music played until about 11:30 PM, making sleep impossible. Once the music stopped, staff moved tables and chairs, adding more clatter that went on past midnight. I called reception multiple times for help, but nothing changed. I spoke with the manager, Jasul, who explained that a party for Russian guests was happening and that it was just the situation I’d have to accept; that answer felt dismissive and disrespectful to paying guests. Worse, we were told repeatedly that the party would end soon, yet the noise persisted. If the hotel had known about a loud event below the rooms, it should have been disclosed at check‑in, or we should have been offered a quieter room away from the restaurant—neither happened. We had booked three nights, but the lack of rest and the handling of our complaints forced us to leave after just one night. Another issue: at around 6:00 AM the kitchen ventilation system starts up; the equipment is close to the rooms and its hum is audible. So after a brief quiet after midnight, the noise began again early in the morning. At check‑out I asked Jesul for the General Manager’s contact details so I could report the experience directly; he said the General Manager had no email and could not be reached by phone either.
