How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was very good, the bathroom clean and excellent, everything brand‑new and cozy, and we loved the location too; the room was spacious and roomy. The only downside was that the private double bed felt a bit hard, which could be improved, but otherwise the room was perfect.

The location is excellent for the Canton Fair, just a 10‑15 minute walk—no traffic delays if you’re heading there. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always doing their best. The price is a bit high during the fair, but it’s a trade‑off since you don’t need transportation to the fair, just a short walk.

I was on a flight when my reservation got cancelled at 10 am, and the staff tried to charge me a normal rate instead of the Booking price, which left me panicked about losing my hotel; it was absolutely ridiculous.
