Staying at Guest House Nur Emgekchil was unforgettable! We were greeted warmly with tasty homemade food made from local ingredients and tea. During our stay the hosts taught us a lot about Kyrgyz culture—how to cook traditionally, make products from fresh milk, learn the art of felt making, and listen to the sounds of the Kyrgyz komuz. We even got to try our hand at it. The family’s skill in creating items and food was impressive and inspiring. They met us with great heart and let us experience their daily life in a special way. The hospitality was indescribable and left us speechless as we left this wonderful place. It was definitely a highlight of our trip through Kyrgyzstan that we will never forget. чоooooн рахмат

This homestay is fantastic for learning about traditional and cultural aspects. The family was very hospitable and kind, doing everything to make us feel part of theirs! They were generous with food, letting us try many drinks and snacks, and their meals were delicious. They’re a talented family with many skills in sewing and gift making, which you can buy if you wish. We even tried milking cows and learning how to make kurut from their kefir, which was so interesting! We also heard music from a traditional instrument. It’s perfect for anyone wanting an authentic family‑home experience in Kyrgyzstan. The family is so friendly and it was a highlight of our trip! We already miss them.
