Everything was tastefully decorated, and although the bathroom and shower lacked windows, the extractor fan worked very well. The air conditioning didn’t cool much (the display warned that filters needed cleaning). Only the light and air worked with a key that couldn’t be removed from the keyring given to open the other doors.

The central location made parking easy, and the room was spacious. The breakfast, even though it was summer, was served at the bar. The common areas weren’t very clean; there were crumbs and dirty dishes in the sink.

The location was clean, and I had good contact with the owner. Breakfast, included in the price, was served in the café next door—too bad there were no vouchers because the staff didn’t speak English at all.

A lovely lady handled an early check‑in because the room was ready, which I appreciated. The breakfast was lovely and offered gluten‑free options. I would have liked a kettle in the room.

The location was great for exploring Ortigia comfortably on foot. In my opinion, a wider breakfast selection would be more appreciated by guests, as only sweet and industrial products were available.
