They welcomed us with warmth and attentive service, gave solid tips for dinner and exploring Coveñas, helped us arrange safe and courteous transport, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool is well‑decorated and clean.

“Muy costoso para lo poco que ofrecen”

The hotel doesn’t match the photos, is far from the beach compared to other hotels that actually have one, and the heat is inadequate. When we arrived there was no food available, and they didn’t explain the hotel facilities. I was charged for the storage of my luggage for just one hour because of air and light usage, and they practically billed us for the two welcome juices. The entrance feels uncared for and very neglected.

“El personal muy amable. Recomendado”

The staff were outstanding, always attentive, and the daily breakfast was very good. The pool was beautiful. The main bed in the room had a very hard mattress, but luckily the room also had two single beds that were a bit softer.
