I stayed in a unique room on the 2nd floor of a 200‑year‑old building in central Catania, and the price was very good. The breakfast at Amara Cafe came with a voucher and was very good. Nothing negative.

Communication was simple via WhatsApp, the place had charm, the host was very friendly and competent, the beds were comfortable, and the old town was easy to reach. We arrived in the morning but couldn’t leave our luggage at the property.

The location was prime and everything was within walking distance of the main sights. The host was helpful and sweet, the décor was stunning, very charming and antique. We had a small balcony we didn’t expect and loved the coffee that came with it.

The Locanda della Victoria is a beautiful place to stay, decorated in a traditional way and very comfortable. It’s very close to the centre with plenty to see and do in the area. I have no negative comments about our stay.
