“warm and welcoming hostel”

A super friendly hostel that regularly offers group activities like family dinners, excursions or evening events. Everyone there is so nice and you really feel at home. I extended my stay here and came back

We had a nice stay at Kayan, met people, had a Girls-only dorm (that's amazing). The room was good : you have your own toilet in the room, the bed are comfortable with sockets and lights. I spent my birthday there and they really made everything to make it special. The staff was amazing to us. The location is good, you're in the middle of the Tourism road, between Cloud 9 and General Luna Center, there's lot of cute cafés and restaurant around. The only thing that could be better is the cleaning. Having lots of showers is nice but i'm not sure they're getting cleaned. (the first day we arrived there was panties in one of them, at the end of 4 days, they were still there) + the toilet seat in the girl dorm could be repaired.

Well located in General Luna Staff is amazing Very friendly and social hostel. Not clean (especially the showers which are disgusting and the bathrooms - bin need to be emptied more often - toilet paper always missing) The beds are moving when someone walks on the floor
