The nature, equipment, location, and courteous staff were great, but the bed and soundproofing were lacking.

The facility itself is solid, but I didn’t like the lobby coffee, the hotel dining pricing, or sharing a balcony.

Nice staff, a pretty location, a very large room, and onsite restaurants with good food. The property is so big with many large sitting rooms that walking to the rooms feels far; ours was no exception. Once the South Wing entrance opens, that might improve. There’s no lighting on the long walk from the parking lot to the lobby, except for a single small light at the start of the walkway.

The pool and hot tub were solid, and the nightly firepit added a nice touch. When I mentioned the flies, staff arrived within an hour and vacuumed them away, which helped for a few hours. The soundproofing between rooms labeled “optional adjoining” was poor, making it feel like sharing a roommate. The resort isn’t accessible; only one room has an accessible shower, which was occupied, so I was told to use the pool area shower. The room I ended up in was far from the elevator, and the handicapped parking is still a walk from the front entrance—something that feels odd for a ski resort that often hosts families. Drain flies were everywhere in my room, and the Murphy bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was a rough two nights overall.
