I found the place quiet, but the terrain was a nightmare with steep, rocky steps that made walking tough, especially for older guests, and there was no direct way to the Ganges.
“Beautiful resort but beware those with bad knees”
The view of the Ganges from the property was stunning, set amid green forests with plenty of birds, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the place isn’t suitable for elders or people with bad knees because of the unavoidable rocky steps and the lack of ramps or lifts.
Its a wonderful property for those looking for peace and tranquility and excellent service. Food is amazing and the staff if very professional and curious. Love the place and had a wonderful time with family. Note it requires you to walk up and down steps and if you want to go to the river it requires fitness as its a jungle trail down the mountain. We loved it
“Highly recommended”
The property was spotless, surrounded by lush greenery, and offered private access to the Ganga; the food was good and the high‑tea add‑on was a nice touch—nothing could be criticized.
“Wonderful stay”
The natural surroundings of the property are wonderful and truly mesmerizing, though the spa could be improved and more activities added.
