“Tranquila”
The service was good, but there was no restaurant.
The location is ideal for relaxing and the staff are very friendly.
“Paseo cultural en Usaquén”
The location is excellent in a residential area with plenty of nearby shopping and services. The staff were very friendly and family‑like. Cleanliness and organization were very good, even though the place is under renovation. However, there’s no breakfast (other hotels at the same price offer it), and the front desk was inefficient; we had to buzz the door several times to get in.
A quiet place.
“Pesimo”
The price‑to‑quality ratio is awful. No one helps with the luggage, and I had to go up to the third floor where the bathroom was uncomfortable and ugly, the hot water never worked, and if you arrive after 12 a.m. you’re left outside because no one opens the door.
