The welcome was friendly, with Laila always smiling and offering good advice. The breakfast was tiny but delightful, featuring farm products and homemade jams that changed daily, and the place was very quiet—no Wi‑Fi, no TV—perfect for disconnecting, plus the location was ideal for exploring the region. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

Borgo del Gallo stands out as a truly special place. Laila is an ideal host and an exceptionally talented cook and baker, with breakfasts that are unbeatable—homemade bread, cakes, cookies, sandwiches, yoghurt, and more. Everyone should stay here at least once; they care deeply for the land and environment. The property is beautiful and close to several towns. My room was spotless and comfortable. I can’t recommend it enough, and I hope we can return soon! Nothing to add.

Every day brought a new, thoughtfully crafted breakfast full of tradition and experimentation with top‑quality ingredients. The setting is enchanting, with rustic details meticulously cared for, and the manager is attentive to every need while always ready to offer precious advice on logistics and places to visit, both scenic and culinary. The reviews were already excellent, yet they still don’t capture the whole experience.
