The person who assisted me was very friendly and responded quickly to any request; the internet in room 4 was very weak, so I had to go to the lobby to use Wi‑Fi.

Street parking was right outside the building, and the host answered my WhatsApp call instantly, explaining check‑in in clear detail. She also offered great restaurant suggestions for Florence, and I’m really grateful for her care! The room was comfortable, had everything we needed, even a laundry service (though it wasn’t operating during our stay). There’s a shared kettle on the floor, and she kindly let us leave a bit later.
