The location was great, the hotel sits between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue, just steps from the Empire State Building (which you can even see from the rooftop). The subway is very close, making travel easy. The room was a bit damp.

The location and the room were good. The room was too small, and there was a lack of soap and shampoo in the last few days. The artificial lighting was dim, making the room a bit gloomy.

The little extras—champagne and a full gym—were appreciated. The noise was a drawback.

The staff were so nice! Louis at the front desk was especially helpful. The hotel was cute, clean, and lovely—perfect, and I would definitely stay again. I liked everything.
