How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is good and the cleanliness is fine. However, room 106 had no microwave, even though I specifically asked for one when booking. It would also help to have side plates, a knife, fork, spoon, even if they’re paper or disposable. Otherwise it’s fine. Nga mihi.

My children love staying here because there’s a nice warm pool and it’s in the heart of the city. The stairs are tough for the weak, but I still appreciate how spacious the rooms are for a family.

The room was fine, but the noise between G5 and G7 was unacceptable; you can hear people talking, snoring, moving on the couch, and shifting in their beds, making a good night’s sleep impossible between those floors.

The room was very spacious and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked the balcony with its view of the city. The toilet, shower, and the sink are in 3 different rooms

The room and ensuite were good and the price was great. I had trouble checking in late even after calling ahead; the duty manager helped a lot, but the person I spoke to from the lobby phone was less helpful. The website promoted an app for key‑card activation, but after downloading and setting it up I discovered it wasn’t working, which was inconvenient. The shower dome was held together with duct tape, which felt odd.
