“Best experience for business and vacation.”

The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment I checked in at night until I checked out in the morning, and the breakfast team really took care of us. The continental breakfast was fantastic, and they even ground beans right there for your coffee. I’d definitely recommend this place for business travelers and families alike, and their customer communication is flawless. I have nothing negative to add about this hotel.

The location is convenient, but the walls are thin and you can hear other guests speaking loudly at night.

“Perfect in almost every way!”

Excellent breakfast!! Huge room, great beds, Dove brand toiletries, and best of all--laundry (and indoor pool, of course). The room lighting was a little sparse,, but the bathroom lighting was excellent

“A pleasant place to stay in Socorro, NM.”

It’s a nice, comfortable spot close to the neighborhood we were exploring, the breakfast spread was good, and the staff were pleasant. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable, so I slept well. A lovely walking path circles the local park just a block away. However, the hotel isn’t responsible for the lack of public or private transportation out of Socorro; the staff explained that the public shuttle to Albuquerque is unreliable and runs intermittently. We eventually arranged a private car from our 5‑star hotel in Albuquerque to pick us up. It’s an opportunity for someone to make a few hundred dollars by shuttling people between Socorro and Albuquerque.
