How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Room 4 was damp and had black mould around the shower and on the walls, with a musty smell. Towels were left outside on the ground and were damp from the rain. I have stayed at Boma Lodge three times before, all great. For the price I paid, these issues should have been addressed.

Please improve training for the staff after 16:00; it was my third stay at the lodge. Teach them to check the online confirmation, room allocation, and everything else, please.

We booked and paid, but upon arrival we were told there was no space. They forgot to close the bookings.
