Quality Inn Grand Rapids Near Downtown

“Unsafe facility with no safety features or staff that cares.”

Nothing absolutely nothing! We saw a man kick a door near our room and then beat a lady when the door opened. There were no locks on the side door as you entered the building. The toilet seat wasn’t attached in our room. The linens had brown stains. The rooms and hallways smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. The rude clerk refused to help or call 911 and said she could do nothing when people kicked in doors and beat the other person inside the room. We were witnesses and he targeted us next, then came out after us. We ran to our car with our belongings as fast as we could. We requested a refund because we didn’t stay there. Instead we drove over 2 hours to get home. We came to stay after a concert, but this place is so awful.

“Worst stay ever”

It wasn’t too far from our daughter’s house. The lady who checked us in was rude. Our room was not what it was supposed to be… we asked for a queen bed and got a full. There were holes in the wall, the bathroom door didn’t shut, and the water was cold. The pictures of this facility are not accurate at all!

“Nasty!!”

The lobby looked ok. EVERYTHING! Our room is NASTY! I have pictures. The random people partying outside our door all night was not ok. All through the night we heard loud noises! We will never be back again! And all you could smell was that someone sprayed cleaner through the entire room… but didn’t clean anything! And the fleas is an added “touch!” Unfortunately we drove 3 hours to stay here and have nowhere else to go. Can’t wait to go home!!

Good price – clean bathroom. The carpets could be changed – and changing the corridor wall colour from brown to a modern gray would make a difference.
