The location was great, but the breakfast left something to be desired.
The rooms facing the train station are noisy, with trains starting early in the morning and running until late at night; the corridor also echoes with other guests and stair traffic, and the breakfast is not worth writing home about.
The hotel sits conveniently near the railway station and the market, and everything in town is within walking distance; we had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the station, a large, comfortable bed, and breakfast was included along with a big water dispenser for hot drinks. However, some rooms are on upper floors with no elevator, so they’re only reachable by stairs.
The beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly, yet the room next to the railway station suffers from diesel fumes, the balcony doors won’t open when the room is hot, and the trains running until 10 pm are very loud with diesel engines.
