How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The beds were comfortable, the food was very tasty, the staff were extremely courteous, and the wellness area was cozy and lovely. The view from the pool doesn’t match the advertising; another house blocks it.

The facilities and staff were amazing, with a great spa and an outdoor whirlpool that offers a mountain view. Breakfast and dinner were also very good. The lunch buffet, however, was noticeably below the level of the rest of the hotel.

The staff were kind and the spa environment welcoming, but it’s a pity the outdoor pool only opens at 2 pm. Starting with the rooms, there’s no minibar, bathroom accessories are missing, wine is very expensive, and the dinners have spectacular plating but lack substance; the famous cutlet is huge—by the time you finish you’re still hungry.

The whirlpool was beautiful.

The location was very good, the ski bus runs every 5 minutes and stops 50 m from the hotel. The breakfasts were excellent, and there’s a children’s playground inside the hotel. Overall, a great base for skiing in Hintertux. There are no shortcomings.
