Cozy house near Ljubljana centre in Rožna Dolina features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace‑lined living room with parquet floors, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. Guests enjoy a garden, terrace with outdoor dining, free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, balcony, work desk, TV, and washing machine. The structure is a house with multiple apartments, each with a private bathroom and access to a common area (kitchen and living room) fully equipped and comfortable. We appreciated the care and cleanliness of the facilities. It’s convenient for those of us who drove (free parking in the courtyard). The center of Ljubljana is a 20‑minute walk away. Everything was great! I would suggest offering bikes as a service to reach the center more easily.

I liked my bright, spacious, modern room and bathroom. The hosts clearly designed all rooms with detail, attending to guests’ needs. With a well‑equipped kitchen and living room, it’s also suitable for a longer stay in Ljubljana. The Rožna dolina district is calm and close to park and forest areas, making the house an excellent place to unwind between city tours. I can’t think of anything to complain about.

Everything was perfect – a spotless room with all the basics and great shared spaces. Our toddler loved the toys in the living room, and we were delighted to find milk, spices, and other handy items in the shared kitchen for quick meals. I’d definitely recommend this home!

The place is fantastic: rooms are roomy, spotless, and cozy, with a shower that’s just right. The building itself feels great and the common areas are awesome, especially the kitchen that’s fully stocked and a big fridge that has a separate shelf for each room. Parking comes included and sits right beside the rooms, making it a top pick for a Ljubljana stay.
