The 3‑bedroom apartment offers plenty of space and sits in a great central spot in Napoli, close to the port for trips to Capri, Amalfi, and also near SpaccaNapoli, a lively area with fantastic food. The place needs an urgent makeover: the showers are tiny, the heads are broken, the water switches between hot and cold, and in the narrow bathroom the plug was blocked, causing water to leak onto the floor. The kitchen feels outdated with an old kettle that needs replacing. Walls are marked and need repainting, floors are dirty and leave white socks black if walked directly on them, and the kitchen rug is stained. The air conditioning also needs updating because it leaks after about an hour of use, which is a problem in hot Napoli.
