The location is good if you drive, Manhattan, Hermosa, Venice and Santa Monica Beach are all reachable, as is the airport, and there are plenty of shopping spots nearby. The room was large, had a fridge and a microwave, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and whirlpool are small but excellent! The only downside was that on the first night we were in a very noisy room—air‑conditioning next door or the elevator made it hard to locate. The second room, after a smooth change in the morning heading toward McDonald’s, was super quiet. Parking at $22/day is pricey; we had $10/day through Booking, which I had to mention at reception. There were no USB‑C ports!
