The hotel is brand‑new, very clean, the bed is comfortable, the towels are soft and indulgent, and the staff are amazing. I requested an early check‑in and they happily accommodated me.

The location was great, the interior immaculate, the roof deck lovely, and the staff very friendly; the people in the restaurant, pool area, and on the roof were chatty and helpful, which meant a lot to a solo traveler.

Premium reception, the place was very clean, the staff were friendly and available. The breakfast buffet was simple but of very high quality. The modern and clean room was close to the city center and the port. The rooftop was a real bonus. It was just a little noisy.
