The location is great, staff friendly, and the room is large and comfortable. However, the rooms feel outdated and need updates; bathroom curtains are old and should be replaced, a non‑slip mat is required in the tub for safety, and a 5‑star hotel should provide slippers. I’ve stayed here before and sense the hotel is slipping.
