The staff were courteous and the hotel’s location is great, but the mattress was awful. After returning, I ended up at the emergency department with a severe cramp that my husband had to treat with an osteopath. The room was definitely small, and I had a heated argument with the hotel manager upon arrival. I had a sheet stating that I would be guaranteed a room on the top floor, yet he wanted to give me one on the second floor. In the end he demanded an extra 200 euros, which I obviously couldn't pay.
