The view was fantastic, the bathroom was modern and spacious, and the bed was cozy. However, the fridge was far too small, especially with two couples staying, there was no wardrobe or similar storage for clothes, and there was a constant ventilation noise in the common area.

The location is dream‑like right on the Pacific, the sky was star‑filled, and we could also see the Nugget Point lighthouse from the large panoramic window; Melissa and Shaun were very friendly, breakfast was ready, and the décor was cozy—we’d love to stay longer.

We enjoyed the property’s view and beach proximity, found the passive‑house concept intriguing, and liked walking on the beach, dining at the local pub, and brunching at the café; check‑in was friendly, and we appreciated the privacy, the quiet nights, and the warm, cozy atmosphere in winter. The only downside was the lack of a kitchen, though the fridge, toaster, and microwave were available, which was fine for our short stay.

The location was great, breakfast options were nice, the décor lovely, and Melissa was very helpful; we only realized after booking that we might share living areas with another guest, so we had to book two rooms for privacy—though it turned out the other room was empty.
