“great value for money, nice buiding with character, nice town, excellent sleep-over for travellers”

The old robust building feels nice, yet the room itself was modern and clean. The city centre is within walking distance, there are 14 electric chargers—great for EV drivers—and overall it offers excellent value for money. The outdoor pool was already closed for winter; understandable for the end of September, though it was unusually warm that week and after a day of driving a swim would have been nice.

“Wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen.”

The reception was friendly, the house had charm, extra pillows were available, and drinks in the foyer were a nice touch; the outdoor pool was the highlight in late summer temperatures. Walking distance to the city centre is quick, and the breakfast is exceptionally varied.

The room was fully equipped with all comforts, breakfast was tasty, and the price was good. The city where the stay is located is less interesting, but if the main purpose is sleeping, that’s no problem.
