“Estafadores”

Be careful: they cancelled my reservation without notice, left me stranded on a holiday, and I had to pay much more than I had originally booked; neither the hotel nor the booking platform took responsibility, which is infuriating.

The night pool is nice, and when you leave it cleans up and leaves your stuff intact; they have a shop nearby, and the breakfast included is good. However, when we tried to bring a drink into the pool area, they didn’t allow it—small but annoying. Also, the breakfast was at 9:00 am, and we arrived at 9:01 am; for a minute they said there was no breakfast left, showing no tolerance for a 5‑minute delay. It was Sunday and we were still sleepy from a full day the day before, so that was a lapse in tolerance.
