The taps were broken, there was no water in the bathroom, the main door lock didn’t work, and the TV was dead; the blanket was torn and the hotel was horrible—never booking again, they made a fool of me.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and supportive, but the facilities weren’t well maintained or cleaned; there were limited or no activities around the property, though it’s a walking distance from Eco Park, so you can enjoy the natural surroundings. The beds and toilets were not clean, food options were limited, but the nearby market offered a variety of choices.
