The location was a major plus - it's a short drive or taxi ride to Al Balad and Corniche, which was really convenient for us.
The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is spotless.
The room itself was great, with all the facilities you'd need, including a comfortable bed and a decent-sized flat screen TV.

“شكرا”
The place was spotless and quiet, but there were no parking spots available.
“Overnight stay in Jeddah”
The breakfast leaned toward Arabic flavors, yet there were plenty of options for Western tastes, and the location is great because you don’t have to drive into the most congested parts of Jeddah. The hotel claims the Wi‑Fi is excellent, but it was not that great last Thursday morning.
Nothing good to say. The staff were bad and made me wait half an hour after the room was supposedly ready, then they gave me a different room and I complained but it didn’t help.
Sami Souleimane was outstanding on every bridge.
The cleanliness was impressive.
