The staff were good. The shower is small and the whole bathroom gets wet.

Water was always available in the fridge, which is a rarity in hotels; the location was very close to the metro and Dubai Dierma, and they offered a clothes iron, something few hotels provide. The room was very small, and the staff were uncooperative; I asked about a future parking spot because I needed a Caretaxi, but the employee—whose name I don't know—just told me to take a regular taxi. He said “I’ll handle it later,” then moved on to another guest, so I never got a response. The front desk staff didn’t know the parking location either; at check‑in, other hotels have staff who lift luggage for guests, but at this hotel that wasn’t the case.
