The reception staff were welcoming, but parking was a hassle.

The staff were super friendly, the coffee excellent, and breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were great. The calm location far from the touristy parts is perfect and the views from here are nice too. There's a beach right down a short walk as is a diving center and there are more nice restaurants on walking distance. The spa in the hotel is great too I have had 3 treatments done in 1 week. We stayed in the caldera view room.

Great location, wonderful views, lovely welcoming staff, well equipped comfortable room. The restaurant is a little overpriced and the menu could use an update
