The room was decently sized with a nice view, yet the pool was closed and the water wasn’t easily reachable, the breakfast didn’t justify waking up, and it took seven days to get our deposit back.

The room was clean, the service efficient, and the lake view was great; the staff were friendly and the breakfast was hearty enough for a day in Hot Springs. However, the food never varied and the pastry felt like a hard rock sweet biscuit, which was disappointing; they should switch to muffins.
