The room was liked, very cozy, with a great balcony, air‑conditioning, and the room was clean. Internet worked well throughout the hotel. The space had a fridge, sink, and microwave. I enjoyed my stay. The location was convenient, close to the city centre and many tourist spots.
Even though we had made a "pay-at-the-hotel" reservation and had messaged days in advance confirming our scheduled arrival, we were shocked to be told upon arrival that we had no reservation; it turned out our messages had been answered automatically by the computer, and the staff treated us very rudely. We had booked this hotel in advance to host relatives visiting us. We specified check‑in time and received confirmation, so we expected no issues. Instead, we found no rooms available. We asked a staff member, but she didn’t know about our booking and claimed she would check; we had to wait for her. Eventually we had to find her ourselves. She then told us there were no rooms and could not accommodate us, even though the booking was confirmed. We later saw similar complaints on forums, indicating this is not a first incident. The hotel’s handling of reservations is unacceptable, giving the impression they do not track bookings properly, leaving guests with no room. We wasted time and effort on a confirmed reservation that was not honored. The staff’s inability to resolve the situation and her disappearance after leaving to check made a very negative impression and raised serious doubts about the hotel’s reliability. I do not recommend this hotel; if you don’t want to waste time and nerves and end up without a room at the last minute, look elsewhere.
