How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Some guests complained about the parking fee, but I find the parking facility very convenient, especially with staff on hand to help. The room layout is well thought out and space‑efficient. We love the location, and the hotel offers coupons for nearby restaurants. The only drawback is that the onsen is tiny and the water isn’t hot enough.

I enjoyed the ramen, welcome drink, hot spring, the insects chirping in the bath (maybe a tape?), the fridge water and desserts, ice, massage chair, and probiotic drinks, but the room was cramped and there was no table.

We stayed with our kids and the staff were very helpful, which made us happy. The hot spring and night‑time noodle dish were enjoyable, giving a sense of good value.

Breakfast was tasty, the shared bath was good, and the location was convenient, though the exact location was a bit of a downside.

Being close to the downtown area could be handy for those planning to drink at night, but I felt the staff were unfriendly because the hotel was trying to automate the system; at least the check‑in should have been a personal interaction.
