They didn’t accommodate us. They claimed the payment made through the platform wasn’t received by them and said we had to pay again. They also didn’t honor the platform price and behaved rudely when I asked them to comply. I was not given a room.

The location is fine, but there’s no hot water and the water flow is insufficient. All night there’s noise from the water pump and pressure regulators near the rooms, making it impossible to rest.

The location is okay, but parking is problematic. In room 102 the water pump is located.
