It is impossible to talk with the person who needs anything. I didn’t like it.

The place was clean, quiet, and the location was excellent. I didn’t like the breakfast; everything was prepackaged and not very healthy.

The accommodation is very well located for visiting Palermo’s historic centre. It is clean and the reception was pleasant. The breakfast is disappointing because it consists of industrial biscuits; bring earplugs as it can be a bit noisy at night. The shower is very small, making it hard to move around.

The location was fine. 1. The toilet in the bathroom didn’t work properly; the cistern wouldn’t fill correctly and it didn’t flush waste. It also got stuck and you had to juggle to stop the horrible noise it made. 2. In no other stay have I had to pay to leave my luggage after checking out before heading to the airport to enjoy the morning; that was a pretty bad detail, especially after trusting them. 3. When I returned to pick up the luggage, my mother wanted to use the toilet. Initially she was denied and given a bad look, but they finally let her; the farewell atmosphere was very uncomfortable. 4. The bed was thin like cardboard and the pillows were old. The location is appreciated but the noise at night is unbearable.

The location was great, although it was quite noisy due to too many cars. The staff spoke very poorly English, making communication difficult. If you expect a tasty breakfast, look for a good shop nearby; there are plenty around, because here the breakfast is just a croissant and a dry toast from a package.
