“View was amazing but wasn't worth it”
If you can get a room on the side with the view, the view over the spa town is incredible, though the location isn’t convenient. There was no staff on site, so we had to call the number on the door and wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive. The website falsely advertised that they provide spa services; in reality, they only told us to use other hotel spas that allow public access. No staff came to change towels or replace used shampoo, so we didn’t have enough for more than one shower each. The Wi‑Fi was also shoddy.
