The location was very convenient, within walking distance of all key spots and a 7‑Eleven across the street, but the accommodation was far too dirty and unhygienic; the bathrooms were heavily soiled, outdated, and partially broken, the rooms felt like a barracks and were very dreary, and the bed was so hard that I suffered back pain for several days.

The property is close to the harbor, so walking there is easy, and there are scooter rentals around and apparently also at the hotel; the staff were very friendly, and when we asked for a room change we could switch on the same day without any trouble. However, the rooms look very dirty, the walls are discolored, the bed sheets and towels have stains, the toilet seat is broken, there is no showerhead holder and the water flow is weak, and overall there is a strong musty smell.

The location and the laundry service at 60 baht per kilogram were positives, but the room urgently needs a fresh coat of paint; all walls are dirty with some screw heads protruding, the cleaning is awful, there is filth under the bed, the fan is dusty from the beginning and better left off, the bed is rock‑hard, the sheets are stained, the bathroom is full of hair and dirty, the hand soap lasted only three days of my stay and I had to bring my own shower gels, the bathroom door doesn’t close properly because it touches the floor, the owner/manager lives in the hotel and the children are very noisy, running down the corridor and making noise, one night the lights went out for a long time, another guest couldn’t use the shower… I have stayed 21 days in Thailand and this was the worst hotel of all (and one of the most expensive); I would not return.

The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom needed maintenance and the shower was broken.
