How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
receptionis nya lumayan ramah, yg cowo pulang lebih ramah daripada mbak pertama pas datang. Penanganan ac yg panas cepat, begitu teknisi selesai dipindah kamar juga lumaya cepat. Breakfastnya ga ada yg gagal, masakannya oke semua sampe ke bubur2nya. respect si, walaupun piliha ga sebanyak yg lain tp rasa nya oke

The spot is great, close to the airport, and overall a comfy place to stay. On the downside, there’s no lobby for arrivals; cars must pull up on the street and you have to haul all your stuff over to the entrance.

There was a lot of noise coming from outside.

The food at the restaurant was really tasty and the place was super clean, but there were a few things that didn't quite live up to my expectations. The floor wasn't carpeted, which was a bit of a letdown, and the room design didn't quite match the price I paid.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic - friendly, reliable, and always willing to lend a hand. They made our stay feel really welcoming and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.
