The pools, even though not tested, the location near Laoag and the dunes. The breakfast order was wrong every day! Loud with music and tricycle noise. A refrigerator advertised in the reservation equipment was not in the villa, so we had to throw away the products we brought.

Beautiful resort. The resort is very good. Just put a phone in the room for ordering something.

The staff were friendly, the food tasty, the vibe cozy, the price reasonable, and they welcome pets. The only downside was the lack of facial tissues and the shower water pressure was a bit low.

The restaurant and shop staff were friendly, and most of the rooms I booked for my family were great except our villa (villa 1, I think). Our villa smelled funky, as if it was coming from the sewerage. The bed still had plastic on it, so it made a squeaky noise every time we turned. The key on our door kept turning and it was difficult to lock and unlock; apparently it was already listed for maintenance. After our late‑night swim the door was too hard to open, so we called the night‑shift staff; he took a while and still couldn’t open it, then he called for a backup. The backup guy removed the whole lock, leaving a hole. We entered the room and could only use the latch from the inside to keep ourselves safe. When we checked out in the morning I mentioned it to reception, but they weren’t even aware of what had happened the night before. I looked for the manager but they didn’t seem keen to let me talk to higher‑up staff, so I gave up and finished the checkout process, leaving the place feeling disappointed, although my family had a great time! Thank you.
