Two numeric codes were required to enter: one for the outer door, another to retrieve the keys with a magnetic key and a traditional lock on the room door – it felt more like a bank vault than a hotel room. When I got in, I had to turn on my phone’s battery to find the spot to insert the extra key to activate the lights. The room was poorly sound‑proofed against neighboring rooms, lacked a simple water bottle, had a kettle (without any tea to use upon arrival) but still had water inside.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a modern bathroom; the location is a 20‑minute walk from the city centre. I would have appreciated a welcome water bottle, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The property sits in a very quiet area just outside the centre, with plenty of free street parking that never caused any issues. The room was roomy, with a large windowed bathroom overlooking a well‑kept private garden. The bed, mattress, and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness surpassed that of other places I've stayed. The house is well organized, and the entry‑exit system gave us a sense of security and peace throughout our stay. Cagliari is wonderful, and this accommodation is strategically positioned for visiting the main attractions without the stress of the outskirts now called “the centre.”

Our stay has just been perfect, the room is super cosy and well-furnished, the patio very nice and convenient. Everything was exactly matching the photos on the website and the location from the center, beaches and so on super workable. We had the chance to meet Silvio who has been an amazing host. All information he gave us for the check-in, check-out among other recommendations were very straightful and helpful. I'll recommend 100% so thank you so much again to Silvio
