“Buena localización, muy céntrico y accesible.”

The location is close to Madrid’s Gran Vía, but they forgot a kettle and had to move me to a different apartment because of a water leak.

“Alojamiento pésimo y engaño en fotografías”

We booked a two‑room place that looked great in the photos, yet the reality was a single room with no TV, faulty lights, barely hot water, a broken stove, worn furniture, and a horrible entrance. The staff ignored us when we pointed out the discrepancy between the photos and the actual room.
