“Beyond what I was expecting.”

The staff were very friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and they answered every question I had. I wasn’t blaming the staff, but when I was checking out in the morning a power surge disabled the elevators; it wasn’t a big deal and the staff apologized over and over, which I understood.

“In Indiana this is the ONLY place to stay!!!”

Everything was excellent, but the toilet was a bit faulty, didn’t fill up, and made a noise all night.

“Very nice! Best hotel in Indiana, PA!!”

First impressions: the patio, entrance, and lobby were very welcoming; the whole hotel was extremely clean, a breath of fresh air compared to most hotels, and the room was also very clean and comfortable. I arrived a few hours later than expected and had to wait a bit at the front desk to check in; a sign said they were helping other guests and would return shortly, but maybe they should alert people when someone approaches the desk.

“Perfect place to stay when visiting the college”

Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was very close to where we needed to go; I had no concerns about the property.
